In this position, youll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare documents, handle inbox triage, and streamline internal processes. Youll collaborate closely with team members across departments, anticipate needs before they arise, and keep stakeholders informed with crisp, timely updates. Your ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and follow through will be your superpower.

We value clear English communication, strong organization, and comfort with modern tools (Google Workspace/MS Office, Slack, Zoom, basic spreadsheets, and task trackers like Asana or Trello). Prior admin or virtual assistant experience is welcome but not required if you bring the right mindset: resourceful, reliable, and eager to learn. Consistent availability during core hours overlapping with IST is important.
