Eventrra Event Management is looking for potential Administrative assistance. The Administrative Assistant provides support to managers and employees by managing daily office tasks, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records. They act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and workflow Answer phones and greet visitors Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Schedule and coordinate meetings Collate and distribute mail Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
