Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company's general administrative activities. Duties also involve handling phone calls, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining proper filing systems.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Front Office will be a plus
