The Administrative Aide will be responsible for various day-to-day administrative tasks. These tasks may include providing executive administrative assistance, managing phone communications, performing clerical duties, and offering general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate for this role should possess Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, be proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, have strong Clerical Skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting, prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent with additional qualifications in office administration considered a plus.,
