Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Aide located in East Godavari. The Administrative Aide will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls, assisting executive staff, and performing various clerical tasks. Day-to-day tasks include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
