Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for an Administrative Aide. The Administrative Aide will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, managing communications, assisting executives, maintaining clerical records, and ensuring effective office functionality. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet the daily operational needs of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and maintaining records.
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage inquiries and professional correspondence effectively.
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, ensuring the smooth execution of executive tasks and schedules.
• Competency in Clerical Skills such as data entry, filing, and organization of office resources.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office tools or similar software, is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or a related field will be advantageous.
