Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing communications through emails, calls, and mail. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes Assist with HR functions like recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening candidates and coordinating interviews Maintaining HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Support onboarding process of new recruits and attendance tracking Fixing appointments, travel bookings & itinerary and maintaining record and databases of Key contacts Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Interface and Interact with company visitors Provide administrative support to various departments and senior staff Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. 3+ years’ experience in HR and/or administrative role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office High level of confidentiality and professionalism Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
