Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. As an Office Administrator, you will help the company operate smoothly on a day-to-day basis, enabling employees to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include overseeing office tasks such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, ensuring effective communication within teams, and more. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking and encouraging collaboration, with a strong emphasis on organization and effective communication. Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for external vendors and guests, directing them to appropriate offices. - Respond to calls and emails promptly or forward them to the relevant departments. - Answer all queries professionally following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Maintain a record of visitors/calls and adhere to appropriate security procedures. - Coordinate office operations by supervising office staff and maintaining office systems. - Manage end-to-end travel requirements for C and E suite executives. - Coordinate office repairs and maintenance. - Assist the finance department with bookkeeping, budget preparation, and other tasks. - Take corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met. - Manage office supplies across all floors. - Assist colleagues as needed and perform additional duties as required. Requirements: - High school diploma or bachelor's degree in office administration or a related field. - Two to three years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar role. - Outstanding organization, multitasking, and communication skills. - Hands-on experience with basic accounting principles and management processes. - Proficiency in using MS Office, QuickBooks, ERP, and other relevant software. - Customer-service oriented mindset.
