Position Title: Admin & Business Operations Executive

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible during client meetings or calls)

Starting Salary: ₹20,000/month

Position Overview

We are seeking an Admin & Business Operations Executive to manage daily office administration, client communication, marketing coordination, and sales support. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and professional, capable of handling multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth office and project operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Handling & Communication

· Manage all client, lead, and inquiry calls professionally and maintain follow-up records.

· Coordinate with clients for bookings, documentation, and registration formalities.

· Handle after-sale greetings, review collection, and maintain positive client relations.

· Arrange and confirm client site visits with the sales and site teams.

Sales & Lead Coordination

· Support the sales team with lead generation and tracking.

· Maintain lead data sheets and prepare weekly performance updates.

· Assist in preparing booking forms, receipts, and client documentation.

Marketing & Brand Support

· Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaigns, social media, and promotions.

· Assist in preparation of brochures, banners, and branding materials for new projects.

· Manage office-level marketing materials and ensure display maintenance.

· Update social media accounts regularly with project updates, photos, and promotions.

Office Administration

· Handle reception duties and front-office communication.

· Maintain attendance, visitor records, and office cleanliness.

· Manage office supplies, petty cash, and general maintenance.

· Arrange meetings, refreshments, and office events.

· Oversee printers, computers, and other office equipment functioning.

Operational Support

· Coordinate between management, marketing, sales, and site teams.

· Support management with daily reports, schedules, and reminders.

· Assist in project-related coordination and documentation.

· Ensure smooth daily operations with timely communication across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).

· 2–5 years of experience in construction, real estate, or admin roles preferred.

· Good communication skills in English and Tamil (spoken & written).

· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and social media platforms.

· Organized, punctual, and self-motivated.
