Job Description

Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.• 7–12 years of experience in facility administration and electrical maintenance.• Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety, and electrical infrastructure. Administrative Management Oversee daily administrative and facility operations across office and industrial units. Manage services including housekeeping, security, pantry, front office, and transportation Electrical Maintenance Monitor and maintain all electrical systems such as UPS, DG sets, transformers, and switchgear. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards. Liason with all Govt agencies Visit relevant government departments such as Labour Office, GST Office, Municipality, and Pollution Control Board for documentation, renewals, and issue resolution. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Administration : 10 years (Required) License/Certification: Fire and Safety, ISO, Electrical Safety (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9962066999
