Job Description

As a part of SDG family, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks which include: - **Front desk management**: - Managing visitors and client visits - Coordinating interviews and events - Helping employees with queries and provisioning stationery, medicine, etc. - **Facility management**: - Checking the upkeep of facility hygiene and cleanliness - Managing the availability of utilities and housekeeping staff - **Travel management**: - Managing both domestic and international travel which includes visa knowledge, ticket booking, accommodation booking, and airport transfers - **Transport management**: - Booking cabs for employees and checking the usage and invoicing - **Other Admin related tasks**: - Handling couriers and managing communication - Provisioning of mobile connection, handsets, and checking its usage and invoicing - Maintaining MIS of all tasks undertaken and creating reports ### Qualification Required: - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken - Ability to interpret and understand tasks given - Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) - Good team player with proactive thinking and ability to contribute ideas - Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work without much hand-holding - Curiosity to learn and analyze quotes - Female candidates preferred At SDG, you will find yourself surrounded by amazing people and customers, with opportunities for career growth and lifelong learning.
