Job Title: Office & Housekeeping Supervisor

Reports To: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: Varies based on deployment (not a fixed desk job)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a fresh and energetic graduate in Hotel Management to join our team as an Office & Housekeeping Supervisor. This is a hands-on, on-ground role (not a sitting desk job) that requires someone who is organized, people-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced work environment. You will be responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, supporting general office administration, managing inventories, and ensuring smooth day-to-day upkeep of our workspace.

Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping Supervision:

  • Oversee and manage the housekeeping team across multiple floors and areas
  • Ensure daily cleaning checklists are strictly followed
  • Conduct regular inspections of cabins, common areas, bathrooms, and outer premises
  • Train and guide housekeeping staff for optimum performance and hygiene standards

Office Administration & Maintenance:

  • Handle day-to-day facility operations including maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Manage AMC vendors and maintenance schedules for key assets.
  • Report and follow up on repair issues, liaising with technicians and contractors.
  • Ensure timely service delivery for internal teams and visiting clients.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, pantry stock, and consumables.
  • Raise alerts for reordering items based on stock levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchases and deliveries.

Client and Staff Coordination:

  • Serve and support internal staff and visiting clients courteously
  • Coordinate basic hospitality requirements (water, beverages, cleanliness)
  • Assist in setting up cabins, meeting rooms, and shared spaces

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (mandatory)
  • Experience: Fresher – No prior experience required
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Willingness to be on-ground, manage multiple tasks, and move between office areas
  • Physically active, organized, and self-motivated

Other Details:

  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Work Timings: Morning shift.
  • Job Nature: On-ground, mobile, not a desk-based position

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
