Position: Admin Executive

Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administration and facility operations across all sports infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning.
Handle front-desk operations, visitor management, and customer queries.
Assist in scheduling of courts, pitches, and facility usage.
Support HR & Management in onboarding of coaches, trainers, and staff.
Maintain records of inventory, consumables, and facility usage reports.
Assist in organizing sports events, tournaments, and academy activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Support billing, fee collections, and coordination with the accounts team.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Administration/Operations preferred but not mandatory).
2 to 5 years of experience in
administration, facility management, hospitality, or sports/fitness industry
.
Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Passion for sports & fitness will be an added advantage.
