Job Summary:

Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and procedures
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlord
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Discretion with confidential information
