Administration Executive

• Maintain and update the lead file on a daily basis.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients through calls and messages.
• Prepare and share daily lead status reports with the team.
• Preparing Work sheet and sharing it in the what’s app group before 2 days of commencement of the confirmed Event.
• Updating the Event details in soft copy and hard copy for documentation purpose.
• Collecting Event photos from Event Co-coordinators.
• Preparing the Stationery list for the upcoming month.
• Making follow-ups with the Accounts Department for the Bill Payments.
• Petty Cash maintenance
• Updating the Vendor’s statement after completion of each event.
• Coordinating with vendors on crops and Materials.
• Maintain the outsourcing sheet of vendors and make payment on time.
• Provide assistance to HR for scheduling the interview and coordinating candidate communication.
• Update and manage the employee attendance sheet.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the HR or reporting manager
• Preparing the Estimation for the clients
• Pending payment follow up of Clients through Message or calls.
• Preparing Presentation for the clients (if needed)
• Preparing the Quotation
• Any other task assigned time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
