Conveyancing Administration Assistant (India-Based)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Conveyancing Administration Assistant to work remotely from India and support our Australian conveyancing team with file preparation and settlement tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new conveyancing files and prepare initial documentation.
  
• Collect and verify client details, issue Cost Disclosure, and enter information into Smokeball, PEXA, Duties Online, and other portals.
  
• Order property searches and follow up with clients, banks, agents, and solicitors as required.
  
• Assist with preparing transfer forms, settlement statements, and PEXA workspace setup.
  
• Coordinate settlement tasks by liaising with lenders and updating required documents.
  
• Complete post-settlement activities, including issuing completion notices and closing files.
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  
• Experience with Smokeball, PEXA, or conveyancing administration (highly regarded but not essentialtraining provided).
  
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with an Australian team.
  
• Stable internet connection and suitable remote working setup.
