About the job: Key responsibilities: A. Student Outreach (Online): 1. DM smart DU students and college societies on Instagram/LinkedIn 2. Share our reels and content in WhatsApp/Telegram college groups 3. Handle program queries with confidence B. Offline Hustle (Field Work): 1. Visit top DU colleges (North & South Campus) 2. Put up posters, talk to students, and build buzz 3. Pitch the program to college society leads C. Content Handling: 1. Post reels, captions, and stories on Instagram 2. Use Canva (or similar tools) to create basic content D. Program Support: 1. Track applications and test submissions 2. Schedule interviews and maintain a simple database 3. Help create a smooth onboarding experience for selected students Perks: 1. 7,000 stipend (for 4 weeks) 2. Certificate + Letter of Recommendation 3. Direct mentorship from the founder 4. Instagram-savvy — understands reels, stories, captions, hashtags, and DMs. 5. Can create basic posts/thumbnails on Canva or eager to learn quickly. 6. Organized & reliable — able to track applicants, follow-ups, and small tasks. 7. Self-starter with a hustle mindset — proactive in outreach (both online and offline). 8.
