Administration Assistant

Company Description Vivek Machine Tools started as a small-scale business in the 80s and has since evolved into a manufacturer of sheet metal machinery including presses, shearing machines, and press brakes. Located in Rajkot, the company has expanded its production area to 6000 square meters and is planning to further increase its setup to incorporate the latest production techniques. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant at our Rajkot location. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing phone communications, and supporting executive administrative tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include clerical duties, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations.
