Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, responsible, and well-organized Admin Executive to act as the key point of contact and coordinator between students enrolled in our online coaching programs and their respective trainers. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication, effective follow-ups, and high levels of student satisfaction.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a group of allocated online students, coordinating with their assigned trainer, addressing queries, and following up on academic progress and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between online students and their trainer(s).
  • Handle all student inquiries, concerns, feedback, and requests related to courses, schedules, access, and assessments.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication channels via phone, WhatsApp, email, or internal platforms.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with students on attendance, assignment completion, exam preparation, and deadlines.
  • Regularly update trainers on student performance, doubts, or escalated issues.
  • Coordinate and schedule live sessions, doubt-clearing classes, or any special classes based on trainer availability and student need.
  • Monitor and report any academic or behavioral concerns to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication, student status, and feedback.
  • Support in organizing internal assessments, tests, and progress tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Administration background preferred).
  • Proven experience in student coordination, administration, or customer support roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and local language, if needed).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent follow-up skills with a high degree of responsibility.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, learning management systems, etc.)
  • A calm, polite, and student-friendly approach to handling concerns and complaints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
