Job Description

Rossette Coffee Lab is a fast-growing specialty coffee roastery on a mission to redefine how India experiences coffee. We are looking for a *Administrative Assistant * to join our team in Delhi and be at the forefront of building strong client relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize company files, records, and documentation for efficient accessibility.
  • Maintain and update client data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Handle B2C and B2B customer service via phone and email, delivering prompt and professional support.
  • Provide executive and secretarial assistance to the Founders, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Coordinate daily office operations and internal communication to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • 12th pass
  • 0-6 months of work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • 6 days work week
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
