This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 100000 - Rs 300000 (ie INR 1-3 LPA)

Admin Officer

to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support facility management activities. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff and providing support in handling legal correspondence and documentation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage general administrative tasks and office operations
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the premises
Handle inbound and outbound mail, calls, and courier dispatches
Manage facility-related tasks and vendor coordination
Process invoices and maintain financial documents
Respond to employee and client queries in a professional and timely manner
Attend court hearings and maintain accurate records of ongoing legal matters
Coordinate with legal advisors for recovery letters, notices, and documentation
