Admin & MIS Executive

1. MIS & Financial Reporting

• Prepare and maintain MIS financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Assist in consolidating and analyzing financial data for management review.
• Generate reports to track revenue, expenses, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to the CFO.

2. Administrative Support

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, document handling, and filing.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for the CFO.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system for finance and administrative records.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling sensitive information.

3. CFO Assistance

• Provide direct support to the CFO in daily activities.
• Draft presentations, reports, and official communications as per CFO’s requirements.
• Act as a bridge between CFO and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

4. Meetings & Coordination

• Schedule and conduct online meetings (Zoom/Teams/Google Meet etc.) on behalf of CFO.
• Prepare agenda, circulate meeting notes, and follow up on action points.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for meetings and collaborations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,351.42 - ₹18,000.00 per month
