Admin Intern

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Admin Intern to support our team at Greenr Cafe. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in operations, community engagement, and event support, while learning the ins and outs of running a purpose-driven hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition support: calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in hiring processes.
• Assisting the Hospitality Manager with operational documentation.
• Overseeing the upkeep and organization of retail shelves at the cafes.
• Coordinating with vendors and assisting in vendor sourcing, as and when required.
• Supporting and taking part in community engagement within the cafe spaces.
• Assisting the Events Manager in planning and executing events, including set-up, on-ground support, and coordination.
• Helping with social media and marketing support for events and community activities.

• Flexibility to support multiple departments (admin, community, events).
• Interest in hospitality, sustainability, or community-driven businesses is a plus.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
