Job description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day academic and administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination between students, faculty, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle academic and administrative tasks including student records, documentation, and scheduling.
• Assist with admissions, enrolment, and student inquiries.
• Provide support for academic activities, meetings, and events.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff in both English and Malayalam.
• Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
• Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, correspondence, and report preparation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative or academic support roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English , Malayalam & Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
