Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and Assisting Visitors
• Managing Front Desk Operations & Calls
• Handling Visitors’ Data & Maintaining Records
• Coordinating with Teams for Daily Office Administration
• Ensuring a Professional and Friendly Office Environment
• General Administrative Support
• Document & File Management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in an office setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
