Admin Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Leadership: Assist the school management in planning and implementing administrative policies, serve as a key liaison between the Principal, Management, and staffs also Oversee daily administrative operations of the school office.
• Academic & Administrative Coordination: Oversee academic calendars, examinations, staff meetings, and student activities and coordinate with department heads to ensure timely execution of school events and functions. And monitor teaching and non-teaching staff attendance and performance records.
• Admissions & Records Management: Manage the end-to-end admission process, including inquiries, applications, and documentation also maintain and supervise student and staff records academic, personal, and legal.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure school operations comply with educational board guidelines and government regulations. And prepare and submit reports to educational authorities as required.
• Infrastructure & Facility Oversight: Supervise maintenance of school infrastructure, cleanliness, transportation, and security.
• Financial Coordination: Work with the accounts department to oversee fee collection, budgeting, and vendor payments.
• Technology & Data Management: Oversee the use of school ERP, MIS systems, and ensure data integrity.
• Communication & Public Relations: Act as a point of contact between school, parents, vendors, and authorities and Handle parent inquiries, grievances, and feedback management professionally.

Requirement & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Administration, Management, Education, or related field.
• Proven administrative experience with team handling experience.
• 1-3 years of Experience in relevant field.

Skills:

• Ability to guide and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multi-tasking with high attention to detail and deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and school ERP software.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Quick resolution of conflicts, complaints, or system issues.
