Job Description

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
  • Track and file receipts, purchase orders, and vouchers.
  • Assist with basic accounting entries and data input using accounting software (e.g., Tally or Excel).
  • Support invoice preparation, billing, and follow-up for payments.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in an admin or accounts support role. Fresh graduates with basic accounting knowledge are welcome.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with accounting software like Tally or similar (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:
