Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION – SUPPORT STAFF (Operations, Billing, Calls & Media Support)

Location: Navalur / Nungambakkam / Sholinganallur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 12-hour shift (weekly off provided)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a smart, energetic Support Staff who can efficiently handle daily operations, assist with billing & calls, and also provide basic support to the media team for content, shoots, customer communication, and coordination.

This is a hybrid operational role requiring strong communication, presence of mind, and willingness to learn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1️ Front Desk & Operations

  • Manage customer check-in/check-out for OPD, grooming, and procedures
  • Assist doctors, groomers, and managers with smooth daily workflow
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception and waiting areas
  • Ensure proper coordination between departments

2️ Billing & Cash Handling

  • Generate bills for OPD, grooming, boarding, products, and procedures
  • Handle cash, UPI, card payments and reconcile end-of-day reports
  • Maintain accurate entries in software (WetBuddy/Zoho or training will be given)

3️ Calls & Customer Follow-Up

  • Answer inbound calls professionally
  • Handle appointment bookings and rescheduling
  • Follow up with clients regarding grooming, OPD, vaccinations, and pending payments
  • Maintain call logs and update status in system

4️ Media Team Support

(This role also acts as a bridge for marketing tasks)

  • Assist media team with shoot coordination, arranging pets/clients when needed
  • Capture basic photos/videos whenever media team is unavailable
  • Share customer testimonials, before-after images, and grooming videos with the team
  • Help maintain organized folders of daily content
  • Coordinate with customers for review collection & feedback

5️ Admin Tasks

  • Maintain stock of front desk supplies
  • Support managers in daily reporting
  • Keep a log of daily walk-ins, calls, bookings, complaints, and resolutions

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS✔ Mandatory Skills

  • Good communication in English & Tamil
  • Presentable and polite
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Drive)
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask

✔ Preferred Skills (Training Provided)

  • Basic photography/video recording for social media
  • Prior experience in a clinic, pet shop, hospital, salon, or customer service role

✔ Qualification

  • Minimum: Any Graduate
  • Freshers are welcome, experience is a plus
  • Someone who enjoys interacting with people
  • Someone who can balance operations + simple media tasks
  • Someone who is organized, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Someone who wants a stable, long-term career in clinic/pet care operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
