Design eye-catching posters, creatives, and social media content for marketing campaigns and branding.
Create meme-driven, relatable, and viral-ready content aligned with current trends.
Understand hook strategies to make content attention-grabbing within the first 3 seconds.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute high-converting ad creatives.
Repurpose long-form videos into short-form snackable content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
Ensure quick turnaround for time-sensitive campaigns, offers, and personal branding content.
Maintain consistent visual branding across all videos, reels, and posters.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1 – 3 years in video editing + graphic design (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Mandatory:
Strong knowledge of meme culture and trending Instagram reel formats.
Ability to craft hook-driven, high-engagement content for Meta ads and personal branding.
Proficiency in B-rolls, transitions, captions, text animations, and special effects.
Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for Meta ads and Instagram growth.
Passion for creating viral, relatable, and conversion-focused content.
