Key Responsibilities Attendance Management: Track and update daily employee attendance, manage leave records and balances. Payroll Support: Provide attendance and leave data to HR for accurate payroll processing. Office Operations: Coordinate meetings, manage office supplies, and handle correspondence. Facility Oversight: Ensure office maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with service providers for office needs. Qualifications Experience: 1–2 years in administrative roles with attendance management. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
