Job Description – Admin Executive Location: 411, Fourth Floor, Satya Two, Opp. Rannapark Bus Stand, Nr. Bharat Petrol Pump, Naranpura, Ahmedabad – 380013 Responsibilities:Handle daily office admin and operations work. Book tickets (air/train/bus) and hotel reservations for clients. Coordinate and follow up with clients for their travel requirements. Maintain booking records and client details in MS Excel. Assist with travel packages, passport/visa support, and car rentals. Manage phone calls, emails, and basic office correspondence. Requirements:Graduate / Diploma in any field. 1–2 years of experience in admin or operations (travel industry preferred). Must know MS Excel & MS Office. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and handle clients politely. Key Skills:Ticket Booking & Travel Coordination MS Excel (data entry, reports, basic formulas) Client Handling & Follow-up General Office Administration
