responsible and energetic Admin Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 

  daily office administration

   and routine operations
• Maintain student, staff, and office-related records
• Supervise office activities and ensure discipline and cleanliness
• Coordinate with trainers, staff, and management for daily requirements
• Manage 

  purchase requirements

   (stationery, office supplies, etc.)
• Support admissions, inquiries, and basic front-office tasks
• Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion
• Assist management with any additional administrative responsibilities
• Be flexible with working hours when required and handle responsibilities independently

Requirements

• Any 

  graduate / diploma holder

   (Freshers can apply)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Ability to work with 

  ownership mindset

  , irrespective of time when needed
• Honest, disciplined, and well-organized

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
