The Administrative Executive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative activities. This role involves managing office procedures, coordinating with internal departments, handling documentation, and providing executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and office staff.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning.
Support finance and HR teams with data entry, filing, and onboarding activities.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail).
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist in event planning, logistics, and internal communications.
