Job Title: Admin Department Supervisor

Location: Chennai

Administration Scope:

• Canteen Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring hygiene, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Transport Management: Coordinate employee transportation, optimize routes, and manage fleet maintenance.

• Housekeeping Management: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across all facilities.

• Guest House Management: Handle bookings, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.

• Scrap Collection: Organize and oversee the collection and disposal of scrap materials.

• Garden Management: Ensure the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of garden areas.

• Customer Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients and address their needs promptly.

• Security Management: Supervise security staff, implement safety protocols, and ensure the protection of company assets and personnel.

Educational Requirements:

• Local Candidates:

o Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for those specializing in Administration.

• Foreign Return Candidates:

o Master's degree in any discipline, with a preference for those specializing in Administration.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience:

o Minimum 8–10 years in administrative roles, preferably managing multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil is essential. Knowledge of Chinese or Taiwanese languages is a significant advantage.

• Industry Experience: Previous experience working with Chinese or Taiwanese companies is highly preferred.
