Job Description

As a Site Administrator at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site by overseeing various administrative and management tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all management-related tasks and ensuring effective communication with concerned authorities. This involves relaying important information, addressing concerns, and maintaining seamless communication between different departments and authorities. - Planning, organizing, and managing various events, including coordinating logistics, scheduling, and ensuring smooth execution. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure successful events that meet organizational goals. - Confidently presenting information and interacting with senior authorities and gazetted officers. Strong presentation skills, professionalism, and effective communication and negotiation abilities are required. - Being flexible with working hours and willing to travel as needed. This role may involve irregular hours and travel to different locations for site operations, meetings, or events. - Demonstrating excellent communication and writing skills, including drafting professional emails and letters. Preparation of clear and concise correspondence to convey information effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating reports, presentations, and essential documents for site administration. - Efficient task management using task management software to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, meet deadlines, track progress, and make adjustments as needed. - Preparing daily work reports and progress reports, documenting activities, tracking progress, analyzing performance, and presenting findings clearly. - Overseeing the supply chain, tracking inventory, ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the site is adequately equipped for smooth operations. - Identifying and resolving on-site problems promptly with quick thinking, resourcefulness, and effective solutions to maintain uninterrupted operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Art, History, Anthropology, Archaeology, Arts Administration, Event/Exhibition Management. - Experience in similar job descriptions. - Passion for the work demands.
