Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support by performing general duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. You will also offer executive assistance to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Acting as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, you will manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, your role will involve preparing and managing reports, presentations, and other documents as required. You will be expected to organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, while overseeing office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. Furthermore, you will handle inquiries and provide support to clients and visitors with a high level of customer service.
