Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-office reception duties and greet visitors, handle calls & correspondence.
  • Maintain stock records, monitor inventory and materials.
  • Handle housekeeping team, monitor staff performance, coordinate with all departments.
  • Assist in event management – planning, coordination, execution.
  • Prepare Excel reports including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MIS as required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Table.
  • Excellent spoken & written communication skills.
  • Local candidates only (residing in or near Mohali).

  • Female candidates only.
