Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin cum Counsellor located in Nagpur. The Admin cum Counsellor will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing counselling services to students, coordinating with faculty, handling student inquiries, and offering guidance on course selection. They will also organize and manage student records, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the institution.

Qualifications

• Administrative skills including organizing, record-keeping, and scheduling
• Counselling and guidance skills for advising students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using computer applications and office software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
