Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Accounting and bookkeeping:
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
  • Process invoices, bills, and payments.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Handle petty cash and petty cash vouchers.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor payments.
  • Help prepare financial reports, budgets, and tax filings.
  • Administrative support:
  • Manage general office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize office documents and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and other logistical needs.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Other duties:
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee files.
  • Support management with operational and documentation work.
  • Perform general office duties as assigned.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, MYOB, or similar programs.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both administrative and accounting responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
