Admin cum Accountant

You are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to manage administrative tasks and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, proficient in accounting software, and capable of handling day-to-day office operations while maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: - Manage general office administration, documentation, and filing. - Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships. - Support in scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. - Maintain employee records and assist in HR tasks if necessary. Accounting Duties: - Keep track of books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, and receipts. - Prepare and update daily cash reports and bank reconciliations. - Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings. - Collaborate with external accountants/auditors when required. - Generate basic financial reports as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration. - Demonstrated experience in administrative and accounting roles. - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). - Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of basic statutory compliance (GST, TDS) is advantageous.
