This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the willingness to adapt and learn. Key Responsibilities Attend calls and coordinate effectively with clients based in Australia. Manage client queries and provide timely updates. Regularly check and respond to emails in a professional manner. Stay open to learning Australian laws and regulations to better support client requirements. Collaborate with colleagues and provide assistance whenever required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Prior experience in administration or accounting preferred, but not mandatory.
