Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination between departments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems (digital & physical).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting management.
  • Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients for operational requirements.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain company social communication platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook groups (adding members, sharing updates, and ensuring professional communication).
  • Support HR tasks like attendance, employee coordination, and basic recruitment assistance.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
