About the Company:

Goyal Brothers Prakashan (GBP) is a leading educational publishing house known for its excellence in producing high-quality school books and learning materials. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day liaisoning and administrative coordination tasks that support our company’s operations.

Position Overview:

The Admin Assistant – Liaisoning & Field Work will be responsible for handling external administrative tasks such as coordinating and liaisoning with electricity boards, government offices, vendors, and service providers. This role involves extensive fieldwork and travel (around 90%), so the candidate must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit and liaisoning with electricity boards, municipal offices, utility service providers, and government departments for bill submissions, payments, and official documentation.
  • Manage and submit electricity, water, and other utility bills on time.
  • Handle delivery and collection of official documents and correspondence from different departments or authorities.
  • Assist in general administrative and facility management tasks when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, submissions, and related documentation.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the company and external offices.
  • Support the admin department in day-to-day operational needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in admin, fieldwork, or liaisoning roles (preferred).
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 90%) within the city and nearby areas.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and record-keeping.
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy in handling official documents and tasks.
