Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will perform various administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of the office and providing support to management and staff. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, data entry, and record keeping. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents. Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative duties when needed. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required. Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with office management tools (e.g., ERP, CRM systems). Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers, scanners, etc. Time management and problem-solving skills.
