Job Description

1. SCHEDULING

a. Schedule adherence & Monitoring

c. Log Management

d. Report creation

2. ASSESSMENT & ASSIGNMENTS

a. Working closely with teachers - students and parents on regular assignments and assessments creations

b. Creating Parent Notification

c. Q Paper creation support

d. Publishing Results

e. Creating Perf. Reports

with an analytical perspective

3. ACCOUNTS

a..Tracking collection

b. Sending payment reminders

c. Liaisoning with Banks

d. Creating Fee reports

e. Tally entries

e. Liasoning with CA

Requirement

Candidate with 2 to 3 years experience

Good English Communication skills is mandatory

knowledge of MS Office Mandatory

The role largely is expected to address global customers- in particular, Europe and the Middle East

Working hrs

1300 hrs to 2200 hrs

Weekly 5.5 days

Saturday Half day

Sunday working

Thursday Weekly Holiday
