To calibrate and maintained equipments in good condition as per SOP. 4. To maintain the records for Quality Control instruments. 5. To produce working standard as per SOP. 6. To retain control samples of all finished products & Intermediate under recommended storage conditions. 7. To carry out chemical analysis of water as per Standard Test Procedure. 8. To maintain the laboratory for good housekeeping. 9. To carry out analytical method validations. 10. To carry out Method development by GC, HPLC etc. 11.To organize sampling of R&D Materials. 12. To carry out analysis of R&D samples. 13. To calibrate and maintained equipments in ADL in good condition. 14. To maintain the records for ADL instruments. 15. To carry out development of methods for new products. 16. To train and evaluate the performance of analyst in ADL. 17. To maintain the laboratory for its up keep and good housekeeping. 18. Validation of newly developed methods. 19. Batch analysis, Method development & validation using UPLC, HPLC, GC, GC-HS etc.

Role & responsibilities : 1. Testing of Samples. 2. Handling instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, etc. 3. Development of Analytical methods for various formulations. 4. Validation of Analytical methods. 5. Preparing analytical method development reports. 6. Method Transfer. 7. Literature survey for existing analytical methods on Internet. 8. Carry out literature survey by establishing the strategies. 9. Pre-formulation sample analysis. (Solubility, Force-degradation, photo stability etc.) 10. Drug Excipient Compatibility Sample Analysis. 11. Trial batch Analysis. 12. Trial batch Stability sample analysis. 13. Reference product Analysis. 14. Prepare cGLP/cGMP documents. 15. Maintenance of reference standard, working standards and their standardization. 16. Coordinating the activities in Chemical and Instrumentation. 17. Analytical Method Development and handling of Troubleshooting. 18. Preparation and Review of Raw Material, Packing Material, Finished Product Release Specification and Standard Test Procedure. Analysis of Raw Material, Packing Material & Finished Products. Performing quality control activities as per daily analysis plan.
