Hiring for Adaptive Workday Developer
- Work mode: Remote
- CTC: Up to 50 LPA
- Shift: US Shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning
- Strong understanding of financial planning (budgeting, forecasting)
- Experience with ERP (NetSuite, Workday Financials) & CRM integration
- Proficiency in Adaptive formulas/scripts/advanced logic
- Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus
Skills Needed
- Excellent communication/collaboration skills
- Ability to explain tech concepts to non-tech audiences
- Self-starter with problem-solving/continuous improvement mindset
