Ad Operations - Mobile Performance

As a Success Manager at Xapads, your role will involve helping brands, agencies, and advertisers tap into untapped audiences through mobile performance, specifically focusing on mobile/app user acquisition. You will have the opportunity to work directly with premium supply channels and gain insights into in-app user acquisition. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and manage KPIs for mobile performance campaigns throughout the campaign lifecycle. - Execute campaigns on mobile app attribution platforms such as Appsflyer, Branch.io, Adjust, Kochava, and Singular, focusing on KPIs, fraud hygiene, and P&L. - Implement campaigns on various premium supply channels like OEM, Programmatic, P2P Sharing Apps, Keyboard Apps, and Direct Apps. - Analyze campaign data and optimize campaigns to meet campaign goals. - Act as the main point of contact between supply, sales, and data operations teams, leading the account management of allocated accounts. - Generate reports and share campaign insights with the sales team/advertisers to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. - Ensure smooth campaign operations and optimizations for each campaign to achieve revenue goals. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in executing mobile performance campaigns. - Proficiency in the lifecycle of user acquisition through in-app marketing. - Deep understanding of mobile measurement partners (MMP) such as Appsflyer, Branch.io, Adjust, Kochava, and Singular. - Preference for candidates with experience in mobile user acquisition and re-engagement activities across premium supply channels like OEM, Programmatic, P2P Sharing Apps, Keyboard Apps, and Direct Apps. *Additional Advantage:* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, React.js, Python Server, AI APIs, and ML/AI processing would be beneficial for this role.,
