Ad Operations - Mobile Performance

As a Success Manager at Xapads, you will play a crucial role in helping brands, agencies, and advertisers connect with untapped audiences through Mobile performance campaigns, specifically focusing on Mobile/App user acquisition. You will have the opportunity to work closely with premium supply channels, gaining insights into In-App user acquisition strategies and execution. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and managing Mobile Performance campaigns" KPIs throughout the campaign lifecycle. You will work on campaign execution, fraud prevention, and profitability analysis using platforms such as Appsflyer, Branch.io, Adjust, Kochava, and Singular. Collaborating with various premium supply channels like OEM, Programmatic, P2P Sharing Apps, Keyboard Apps, & Direct Apps, you will optimize campaigns to meet set goals and ensure smooth operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact between supply, sales, and data operations teams, leading the account management process for allocated accounts. By generating reports and sharing campaign insights with the sales team and advertisers, you will facilitate opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Your role will also involve overseeing campaign delivery to achieve revenue targets efficiently. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in executing Mobile Performance Campaigns. A deep understanding of In-App marketing and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) like Appsflyer, Branch.io, Adjust, Kochava, and Singular is essential. Candidates with prior experience in mobile user acquisition and re-engagement activities across premium supply channels will be given preference.
