About the Role

Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations for content and ad delivery workflows
Manage Meta ad operations, including campaign setup
Perform regular quality checks on content assets and campaign executions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate publishing
Maintain and update reports using Excel or Google Sheets
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, QA, and workflow automation
Manage communication and coordination with vendors, freelancers, and agency partners
Track vendor deliverables, timelines, and ensure adherence to quality standards
Identify operational issues or bottlenecks

Requirements

13 years of experience in operations, digital media, or content production
Experience managing vendors, agencies, or freelance partners
Hands-on experience with Meta Ad Manager (campaign setup and monitoring) - good to have
Prior exposure to content workflows (e.g., CMS, publishing pipelines)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic dashboards)
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.)
Background in quality control or process management is a strong plus

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced startup or media environment
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
Basic understanding of content performance metrics and ad KPIs
